Demo and sample data
The demo app on this site uses made-up sample customers, jobs, orders, messages and numbers. Nothing you enter in the demo is sent, saved permanently or connected to the live StormBuddy CRM. CRM screenshots show what the product looks like and are not live data.
AI assistants
"Ask Buddy", the Stormy AI Assistant and Macy Supplements give general information and can make mistakes. Their answers are not legal, insurance, financial, tax or engineering advice. Confirm important details with the StormBuddy team or a qualified professional. Chats and voice calls may be processed by third-party AI providers.

Prices, seat rates, add-ons, packages, call usage rates and perks shown here are for information only and may change. Final pricing and terms are set in your written agreement or at checkout.
Storm and weather information
Hail, wind and weather information is provided for planning and outreach only. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and should not be used for safety decisions. Always check official sources such as the National Weather Service.
Damage, inspections and insurance claims
Training content and tools help document roof conditions but do not guarantee that damage exists, that a claim will be approved, or any payout amount. Follow your state's contractor, licensing and public adjusting laws; StormBuddy does not act as a public adjuster.
Measurements
BuddyScope and other measurement reports are estimates. Verify measurements in the field before ordering materials or finalizing a contract.
Financing and lenders
StormBuddy is not a lender. Financing is offered by independent lenders, subject to credit approval and their terms. No rates, approvals or funding amounts are guaranteed.
Suppliers, vendors, affiliates and HarborShield 360
Supplier, vendor, affiliate and partner services are provided by those companies under their own terms. Names and logos are trademarks of their owners and do not imply endorsement. Supplier ordering and savings are subject to integrations, permissions and supplier terms.
Messages and alerts
Automated email, text and in-app alerts (including First on the Door) depend on carriers, providers and correct contact details, and are not guaranteed to arrive. Premium requires an active add-on, HarborShield enrollment, verified per-channel consent, opt-outs, quiet hours, dedupe, logs and spend caps. Never call or text non-enrolled leads. Premium price and activation are not approved.
